I remember when we were children and Mom invited us to breakfast, that moment I remember the smell like an angel came and helped Mom with that recept, I hope you will enjoy it like me.


Ingredients

- Item 1 2 packages of cottage chess around 500g both

- Item 2 5 eggs

- Item 3 a cup of sugar

- Item 4 two glass of flour

- Item 5 half teaspoon of salt

- Item 6 half teaspoon of baking soda

- Item 7 a small packet of vanila

**Instructions**:  

1. Step one you should mix that with the spoon toghether

2. Step two knead the dough, roll into balls(I personally mold ther with my hands, pinch then off and roll them)

3. Step three Fry it in deep fryer
